Executive Coaching

The demands of executive leadership require a high level of flexibility and insight on the part of the Coach. While the needs of the Executive may be ever changing, Executive Coaching inevitably includes high level relational, communication, and political skill building. The Executive Coaches at Transforming Leadership bring both the experience and the skills to help the Executive identify growth opportunities and guide the Executive in the growth process.

Senior Manager / Mid-Level Manager Coaching

Senior and Mid-level Manager Coaching is generally conducted twice a month, and focuses on a set of goals or issues identified by the manager early in the Coaching process. While this type of Coaching is generally done over a predetermined period of time (6, 9, 12 months) the goal is to develop specific leadership or management skills. The model employed by Transforming Leadership requires on-going, internal accountability for “exercising” the identified skills throughout the term of the Coaching. This “exercise” leads to sustainable change and improved communication for the Manager, and sets the Manager up for ongoing skill identification and development.

Assessment Coaching / Leadership Development

Many progressive organizations today realize the importance of developing the “next level” or “next generation” of leaders for their organization. Whether it is called succession planning, a high-potential program, or simply leadership development, internal programs are designed to help build the basic leadership skills of individuals on the rise. Transforming leadership works with many organizations in both the planning as well as the administration of their Leadership Development programs. Transforming Leadership offers a wide selection of assessments to help your organization in identifying exactly what your development goals are, and provides skilled Assessment Coaching to aid the individuals in understanding, applying, and building on the results of the assessment.

Coaching for organizational change focuses on the leader’s ability to steer the organization through a period of change or to a distinctly different level of capability. Attention is given to developing the organization’s capacity to innovate, or determining and developing the capacity of the leadership team to guide the organization through crisis and uncertainty.
